- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
📝 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Reason for return
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

- We will arrange a reverse pickup, or
- Ask you to ship the product to our return address
💰 Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Modes:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
⏱ Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- It may take additional time for the amount to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a replacement product (subject to availability)
