🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

📝 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at workwithsubh@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images/videos of the product
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved:
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup, or
    • Ask you to ship the product to our return address

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

⏱ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time for the amount to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a replacement product (subject to availability)

  • Returns are only accepted after approval from our support team
  • Saralio reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
